We have teamed up with Saddleworth Round Table to help raise £20,000 to Support our NHS staff at Oldham Hospital during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Saddleworth Round Table has over 50 years experience in raising money for worthy causes across Oldham and Saddleworth. In these extraordinary times, we would like to reach out to everyone to help us support our NHS heroes at Oldham hospital.
We have spoken with a number of contacts at the hospital, specifically in ICU and theaters. Staff are working very long shifts in very difficult conditions. They are finding it hard to eat, sleep and generally keep themselves going.
We have been asked if we can supply a few basics, which will make a massive difference - toiletries, snacks to grab on the go, phone chargers, energy drinks to name a few. As well as this they have informed us that they are running short of some very important items of PPE so we are also sourcing these from local manufacturers and supplying them to the Hospital.
No matter how big or small your donation, please be generous. Everyone in Oldham may be in need of our doctors and nurses in the next few weeks. Just £1 may buy the mars bar or piece of fruit that keeps that nurse going when its your turn to visit.
