Light and hazy like a New Hampshire morning and cold and crisp like a Manchester night… two continents collide Notoriously.

Taripa 11% ABV

TARIPA. Brew 300 and we’re going in hard! An 11% banger of a Triple American Red IPA that’s burnt the rule book. Simcoe and Mosaic are the fruity Cadillacs that drive you down this caramel route 66, swerving to pick up hitchhikers of Nelson Sauvin and Saison yeast to make the trip more unique. So pull up and throw away the keys you’ll want more than one!

DPA 250 4.7% ABV

14/7/17 the first DPA was born at our micro brewery, 250 brews later we are boosting up the brew sheet. Cramming our FV with as many hops as it can hold giving out lashings of Lemon, piles of pine and a gargantuan amount of grapefruit. Lowering the bitterness but upping the opaque so we can party for 250 more!

Madagaska Vanilla Stout 5% ABV

Our vanilla stout uses 6 different malts including huge amounts of oats to give a wonderfully rich body. After primary fermentation it is then matured with natural vanilla pods. Combining this with the variety of different roast malts brings out a combination of dark bitter chocolate along side a sweeter almost white chocolate flavour. Decadent and rich.
