This is a higher strength IPA which sources all its hops from New Zealand to produce a rich fruity flavour. Pacific Jade and Motueka are used late in the kettle to give a subtle bitterness. Post fermentation we add Motueka again combined with Rakau and Wakatu hop pellets to give an exceptional fruity finish synonymous with New Zealand style of IPA’s.
