We utilise both American hops and yeast for this brew to ensure it stays as true to style as possible. Pairing Chinook and Columbus hops in the kettle produces a wonderfully medium dry grapefruit and citrus flavour. This beer is left slightly sweeter thanks to a higher finishing gravity which brings out subtle pine flavours.

We pair this great malt base predominantly with UK hops for the flavour expected from an english amber ale, but then we put our own Donkeystone twist with a small amount of US Cascade, just to accentuate the fruitiness of this great session bitter.
