Bray is an award winning Amber Ale at 4% ABV.
One for the traditionalists, our deep amber bitter uses crystal and amber malts which impart a lovely residual sweetness. We pair this great malt base predominantly with UK hops for the flavour expected from an English amber ale, but then we put our own Donkeystone twist with a small amount of US Cascade, just to accentuate the fruitiness of this great session bitter.

Our Bad Ass Blonde is 3.8% ABV.
Our blonde is designed to cater for most tastes, brewed using traditional methods and a blend of some of the oldest UK hops alongside some modern American varieties. The main backbone of this crisp light ale comes from Admiral and First Gold hops, finished with fresh US Bravo hops.

Our Double Dry Hopped New Zealand IPA packs tons of flavour from the exceptional Chinook hops that we cram into this beauty. The bold tropical fruit flavours, perfectly compliment the strong malt backbone to create a memorable IPA that leaves you wanting more.

Finishing 4th overall in the ‘Greater Manchester Brewers Challenge’ this is one of our most complex beers. Brewed in a similar process to our Vanilla stout this beer is then matured in cask with natural Madagascan Vanilla pods and the addition of whole Java espresso coffee beans to enhance the natural coffee flavours from the dark malts.

Named after a WWI donkey, Neddy is brewed in a very traditional way. We use six different malts including oats to create the rich body you would expect from a stout. We blend a variety of grains roasted to different levels to produce a flavour consisting of bitter chocolate and hints of coffee. We use English Admiral hops as aroma hop in keeping with the British traditions of this style.

Our Vanilla stout uses 6 different malts including huge amounts of oats to give a wonderfully rich body. After primary fermentation the stout is then matured in cask with natural Madagascan vanilla pods to create a wonderfully rich flavour. The variety of different roast malts combined with the vanilla brings out a combination of bitter dark chocolate and also sweeter white chocolate flavours.

A beautifully crafted session pale ale that appeals to all tastes and pallets. At 4% ABV it is a great festival session beer to be enjoyed by the masses. Very light and refreshing with light hoppy flavours coming through. Hopped in the kettle using Chinook, then dry hopped with a great balance of Citra, Admiral and Cascade.
