This American IPA uses all American hops and yeast. Chinook is used for the aroma hop to create the wonderful citrus, grapefruit and pine flavours expected from American hops. Once the brewing process is finished we hit it with huge amounts of dry hops to give an exceptional hoppy finish.

HoppinSesh is a great light, hoppy session ale at 3.7% with big flavour. It is our way of showing that a crisp, clean and full bodied hoppy ale doesn’t have to come with a high ABV. We utilised some of the best ingredients from UK and the USA to produce this wonderful beer. Kettle hops come solely from the US in the form of Chinook, then this little beauty is heavily dry hopped with a delicate balance of UK Admiral and US Cascade.

Ponui is a New Zealand IPA which sources all its hops from NZ to produce a rich fruity flavour. Pacific Jade and Motueka are used late in the kettle to give a subtle bitterness. Post fermentation we add Motueka, Rakau & Wakatu hop pellets to give an exceptional fruity finish synonymous with NZ stlye IPA's.

Kato Sour - 3.5% ABV - This session-able sour builds its tartness like a detective assembles a criminal case, concluding in a 3 day prison sentence in a fastened kettle. Raspberry & Lychee work as hero and side-kick to bring a light juicy finish to an otherwise sharp witted suspect that has ran its sweetness dry.
